Agreement

By using The Dumb Money Club website, courses, cohorts, workshops, or community, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. These terms are governed by Indian law and the courts of Maharashtra.

Who we are — and aren't

The Dumb Money Club is a financial EDUCATION platform operated by Dumb Money Consultants (OPC) Pvt Ltd. We are NOT a SEBI-registered investment adviser, research analyst, or portfolio manager. Nothing on this site is personalised investment advice. Markets carry risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

What you're buying

  • The Dumb Money Course — self-paced video course.

  • The Club — monthly community subscription with educational content.
  • Corporate Workshops — B2B financial-wellness training.
  • Free 15-min Discovery Call — to help you pick the right product.
// CLAUSE 04

Payments

All payments are processed by Razorpay in INR (Indian Rupees). Prices on the site are inclusive of GST unless noted otherwise. Razorpay's terms apply to the payment flow.

// CLAUSE 05

Refunds

  • The Club: pro-rated refund if cancelled within 7 days of subscribing, no questions asked.
  • Cohorts, courses, workshops: full refund up to 7 days before the start date.
  • After the start date: no refund, but you keep lifetime access to recordings and materials.
  • Corporate workshops: 50% refund up to 14 days before the session, 0% after.
// CLAUSE 06

Your responsibilities

  • Use the platform legally and in good faith. No spamming, scraping, or harassment.
  • Do not share your account, recordings, or paid content with non-paying users.
  • Verify any market opinion with a SEBI-registered adviser before acting on it.
// CLAUSE 07

Intellectual property

All content — videos, slides, worksheets, templates, frameworks, and brand assets — is owned by Dumb Money Consultants (OPC) Pvt Ltd. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own learning. No reproduction, no resale, no public sharing without written permission.

// CLAUSE 08

Liability

You use any market information at your own risk. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential financial losses arising from your investment decisions. Maximum total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

// CLAUSE 09

Content & community rules

Inside The Club community and during cohort sessions: be respectful, no product pitching, no investment "tips", no hate. Violations lead to a 1-warning removal policy with pro-rated refund.

// CLAUSE 10

Changes

We can update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Material changes will be emailed to active members 14 days before they take effect.
