- Payments: handled entirely by Razorpay. We never see your card or UPI details.
- Bookings: discovery-call slots, cohort enrolments, and member subscription state.
- Concierge chat transcripts: stored to improve the AI and your support experience.
- Cookies & device data: only what we need to keep the site fast and secure.

- Deliver the product you signed up for (cohort, course, club, workshop).
- Send email & WhatsApp transactional updates (receipts, schedule changes).
- Reply to your inquiries within 24 working hours.
- Improve our AI Concierge and content quality.

- Sell your data to third parties. Ever.
- Spam you with promotional emails you didn't sign up for.
- Take commissions from any financial product (mutual funds, insurance, stocks).

- Resend — transactional email.
- Interakt — WhatsApp notifications.
- Cloudinary — image hosting for our social content.
- Buffer — social-media scheduling.
- MongoDB Atlas / AWS — encrypted at-rest data storage.

Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@dumbmoneyconsultants.com. We respond within 7 working days. India's DPDP Act 2023 governs how we handle your personal data.

We use only essential cookies (auth, preferences). We do not run advertising or third-party tracking pixels. The site is faster because of this.

Data retention
Account & payment records: retained as long as required by Indian tax / accounting law (up to 8 years post-transaction). All other data: deleted within 90 days of you closing your account.
